Deepolitics stores the names and race you enter, the brief built from them, your IP address (to limit free briefs), and a browser cookie that holds your free-brief count and, if you subscribe, your subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never reach us. Stripe shares your email and subscription status with us, and we use that email only to send the Monday briefs you set up.

To build a brief, the names and race are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API (which searches the web) and to Reddit search. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Nothing is sold or shared otherwise. Briefs are reachable only through their private, unguessable link.

To have your data deleted, reply to any Monday brief or Stripe receipt email.
